Blue wheels / Black wheels - Flight Case Castor Sets
The flight case castor sets of the 140 Series are ready-assembled sets of 4 for flight cases, speaker cabinets, stage and event equipment, as well as transport and workshop carts. Each set consists of four castors with a non-marking elastic rubber wheel – available in blue or black – on a zinc-plated steel housing.
The soft, abrasion-resistant elastic rubber wheel runs quietly and gently on floors and leaves no marks – ideal for sensitive warehouse and stage floors. The standardized top plate allows the castors to be mounted quickly on cases and frames.
Two Set Variants
- 2 swivel castors + 2 fixed castors – classic configuration for reliable tracking.
- 2 swivel castors + 2 swivel castors with total brake – fully steerable, two of them lockable.
Sizes & Load Capacity
Available from Ø 80 to 200 mm, up to 720 kg per set (bearing sizes 80–125 mm); larger sizes on request. The black version (BlackWheel, ball-bearing, 65 Shore A) is available in 100 mm.
Volume Discounts
Automatic volume discounts apply to all sets: from 4, 10 and 25 sets, the price per set decreases.
