Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
-
for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return.
No Right of Withdrawal for Businesses (B2B)
For business customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
A business customer is any natural or legal person or legal partnership who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
