Collection: drive wheels

Drive wheels find absolutely versatile application possibilities. From intralogistics systems such as electric pallet trucks or driverless transport systems (DTS) to drive wheels for machines and conveyor systems, for example as material feed rollers.

We offer drive wheels with a diameter of 35 mm and up to 500 mm. With different treads, the drive wheels cover a wide range of possible applications. Drive wheels with rubber, for example, have particularly good static friction values, whereas drive wheels with a polyurethane covering are particularly resistant and durable and have very little abrasion.

Drive wheels with fitting hole and groove

Many drive wheels are driven via a fitted bore with a groove. The axle with the feather key is inserted exactly into the bore of the drive wheel. The feather key acts as a driver between the axle and the wheel.
