Right of Withdrawal & Return Conditions
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes
that are predominantly attributable neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Withdrawal Instructions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,
took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) about your decision
to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline,
it is sufficient
that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal
before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract,
we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs arising from
your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day
on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment
that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse repayment
until we have received the goods back
or until you have provided proof
that you have returned the goods,
whichever is the earlier.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days
from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal,
to us.
The deadline is met
if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Loss of Value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss of value is due to
handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties
and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods
that are made to customer specifications or
are clearly tailored to personal needs, -
for the supply of goods
which, due to their nature,
are not suitable for return.
No Right of Withdrawal for Businesses (B2B)
For businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB)
there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
A business is any natural or legal person
or partnership with legal capacity
that, when concluding the contract,
acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
