Drive Types & Mounting Options
One of the most common variants. The keyway is used for a positive connection between the drive shaft and the wheel by means of a key according to DIN standard.
Drive wheels with gear or pulley
This version has a side-mounted gear, which is usually bolted to the wheel body. Power transmission is via chain or timing belt.
Drive wheels with clamping set
Drive wheels with clamping set enable:
- quick and easy installation
- backlash-free power transmission
- high running smoothness even with vibrations
- cost-saving replacement in case of wear
They are particularly suitable for conveying technology, mechanical engineering, as well as the food and beverage industry.
Available with treads made of PU, Vulkollan, rubber or as solid material versions made of steel, stainless steel or plastic.
Standard industrial wheels are often equipped with clamping sets, which results in significant cost savings for the wheel and installation.
Drive wheels with flange bore (flange wheels)
These wheels are bolted directly to the electric motor or gearbox (e.g., planetary gearbox). The hole pattern and geometry are precisely matched to the respective drive system.
Custom designs are often very feasible. In most cases, standard products from the field of industrial trucks can be used very well. Please contact us.
