Double-flanged wheels made of nylon 6G

Double-flanged wheels made of nylon 6G (PA6G) are high-quality running wheels specially developed for use on rails and guiding systems. Their double flange guidance ensures particularly stable and precise tracking, thus guaranteeing reliable running even under higher loads.

The material nylon 6G (cast nylon) is characterized by an excellent combination of high wear resistance, good sliding properties, and high mechanical load capacity. At the same time, the weight is significantly lower than that of steel wheels, which reduces energy consumption and facilitates handling.

Thanks to their low-noise running properties, double-flanged wheels made of PA6G are particularly suitable for applications in conveyor technology, warehouse logistics, mechanical engineering, and in transport and guiding systems.
