Drive wheels and drive rollers find a wide range of applications in conveyor technology, intralogistics and in classic mechanical engineering – from industrial trucks and AGV systems to material feeding in machines.


Rollen-Direkt offers drive wheels in many designs, diameters and running surfaces, also available as custom-made products according to drawings or samples upon request.

Aufbau und Ausführungen von Antriebsrädern

  • Antriebsräder bestehen häufig aus einer Felge und einem Radbelag, der die gewünschten Eigenschaften wie Dämpfung, Traktion oder Verschleißfestigkeit mitbringt.

    Alternativ können Antriebsräder auch homogen aus einem Werkstoff, z. B. Polyamid 6 G, gefertigt werden.

    Wir liefern Antriebsräder typischerweise von Ø 50 mm bis Ø 500 mm mit unterschiedlichen Laufbelägen wie Gummi, Polyurethan oder Vulkollan®. Damit decken wir ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen ab – von hoher Haftreibung bis hin zu maximaler Lebensdauer bei intensivem Dauereinsatz.

    Drive wheels with fitting bore and keyway

    One of the most common drive variants are drive wheels with a fitting hole with a groove. The keyway is a groove recess in the fitting hole. It is dimensioned so that a key can be pushed in to fix the drive wheel on the drive shaft.

    Drive wheels with clamping set offer several advantages over conventional drive wheels. They enable quick and easy installation on the drive shaft. The clamping set ensures precise and secure positioning of the drive wheel on the shaft, which leads to optimal power transmission and smooth operation. In addition, drive wheels with a clamping set are very robust and resistant
    against high loads and vibrations. They are capable of transmitting large forces and can be used in a variety of industries, such as
    for example conveyor technology, mechanical engineering, food and beverage industry.

    Drive wheels with clamping set are available in different sizes and designs and can be manufactured with different treads such as polyurethane, vulkollan or rubber. Likewise, drive wheels with clamping sets can also be made of solid steel, stainless steel or plastic.

  • Drive wheels with gear

    Drive wheels with sprocket are wheels with a sprocket mounted on the side. The gear wheel is usually included
    bolted to the wheel body. The rotary movement of the motor is transmitted by a drive chain.
