Flanged wheels for IPN & IPE beams

Flanged wheels are often used as running wheels in IPN or IPE steel beams.

For IPN profiles, a 3° tread incline to the axle is standard to ensure optimal contact and smooth running.

This tread incline can be customized and precisely designed for the respective beam geometry.

Materials for flanged wheels

We manufacture our flanged wheels in standard and special programs from the following materials:

The combination of a metallic core and elastic tread is particularly suitable for noise reduction and vibration damping.

  • Diameter: 50 – 400 mm
  • Special dimensions: always possible

Flanged wheels are part of our standard series program. In addition, we implement customer-specific designs according to drawing or technical specification.

We supply flanged wheels with the following bearing and design variants, among others:

  • Ball bearings
  • Fit bore with keyway according to DIN 6885
  • Special designs with:
    flanged gear

Mehrteilige Spurkranzräder & Sonderlösungen

Gängige Sonderausführungen sind mehrteilige Spurkranzräder, bei denen Spurkranz und Lauffläche verschraubt sind.

Dies bietet mehrere Vorteile:

  • verschleißfreie Bauteile können kostengünstig weiterverwendet werden
  • einfacher Transport in Einzelteilen
  • Montage auch an schwer zugänglichen Stellen möglich

Diese Bauweise eignet sich besonders für den Einbau in Maschinen und Sonderanlagen.
