V-Groove Rollers Made of Plastic – Lightweight, Smooth-Running and Versatile

In addition to metal versions, we offer V-groove rollers made of technical plastics. These are particularly suitable for applications where low weight, quiet operation, or chemical resistance are required.

Available materials include:

  • Polyamide 6G (natural or black)
  • POM
  • PEEK

The rollers are also precision-turned and equipped with deep groove ball bearings, achieving smooth running and good wear resistance.

Upon request, we also supply the rollers as:

  • Drive wheel with keyway bore and keyway
  • Versions with different bores for clamping sets
  • Conductive version made of POM-ELS

This makes plastic V-groove rollers excellently suited for conveyor technology, automation, and light guidance systems.

For applications in humid or corrosive environments, we also offer our plastic rollers with stainless steel ball bearings. This makes the rollers particularly resistant to splash water and corrosion.
