For a customer with a pallet wrapper, we manufactured replacement rollers for the belt deflection of the turntable drive. The drive belt runs around the turntable via several deflection and tension rollers. The original rollers were worn. The basis for the re-manufacture was the removed old part and a dimensioned drawing provided by the customer.

Design:
• Outer diameter 150 mm, width 40.2 mm (according to customer drawing)
• Grooved track for the drive belt, profile as per drawing
• Tread made of polyurethane on aluminium core
• Sealed deep groove ball bearing for smooth running
