VULKOLLAN® drive wheel Ø 200 × 80 mm with weight-optimized aluminum rim and keyway bore. The contoured rim reduces weight and inertia – for agile acceleration/braking and lower drive power requirements. The hot-cast polyurethane tread offers very high load-bearing capacity, low starting and rolling resistance, and minimal wear; it is also low-marking and gentle on floors. The rigid hub reliably transmits torque, and the 80 mm width increases directional stability and traction. Ideal as a drive wheel for stage trolleys, AGVs, conveyors, and special-purpose machines. Available upon request with a tolerance sleeve, custom keyway dimensions, setscrew, or customer-specific drilling pattern.
