100 x 40 mm Antistatic drive wheel (ESD) bore:20 mm with conductive PU tread, aluminium rim

Antistatic drive wheel 100×40 mm, bore 20 mm, hub length 40 mm, with tread made of conductive polyurethane and aluminium rim.

The conductive PU tread guarantees a dissipation resistance of R ≤ 50 MΩ and reliably prevents electrostatic charge. Suitable for use in ESD areas, clean rooms, electronics manufacturing, EX zones and cleanroom environments, where dangerous static discharges must be ruled out.

• Dynamic load capacity: 300 kg
• Tread: antistatic PU (black, conductive, abrasion-resistant, non-marking, no contact discolouration)
• Rim: aluminium die-casting
• Dissipation resistance: R ≤ 50 MΩ (according to AVO factory test)
• Hub version: through bore with keyway DIN 6885 (JS9)
• Temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C
