250 × 50 mm Heavy-duty polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 1250 kg, ball bearing

The heavy-duty polyurethane wheel 250 × 50 mm is the top load-capacity class in this series, with 1250 kg per wheel. Its large diameter rolls effortlessly over floor irregularities and thresholds, and the solid aluminium core makes the wheel comparatively light despite its size – a clear ergonomic advantage for manually moved heavy-duty trolleys.

Solid aluminium core machined from solid material: The wheel body is machined from solid aluminium round stock – not hollow-cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsion-resistant, dimensionally stable wheel body with significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal wherever rolling mass should be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: polyurethane tread, hard-wearing and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.
