Lathe-turned stainless steel flanged drive wheel with hub groove according to DIN 6885 and cast elastomer tread. The hub groove accommodates a feather key for form-fitting torque transmission to the drive shaft. The V2A core protects against corrosion and chemical stress.
Tread — Selection
Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, capable of continuous load. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Core material: Stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A)
Corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A). For damp environments, clean rooms, food sector, pharmaceutical industry, and outdoor use without additional coating.
Typical Applications
Driven axles in food production, pharmaceutical and cleanroom logistics, AGV/FTF drives in damp or cleanroom-compatible environments, stainless steel gantry cranes.
