Flanged wheel | S355 / 1.4301 | Flange Ø: 125 mm | Wheel Ø: 100 mm | Ball bearing or hub keyway
Technische Daten
Flanged Wheel | Steel S355 or Stainless Steel 1.4301 | Flange-Ø 125 mm | Wheel-Ø 100 mm
Solid turned flanged wheel for continuous use in rail and profile guides. The circumferential flange keeps the wheel securely on the running surface - whether on flat rails, angle irons, or special profiles - and prevents lateral displacement even under load and lateral forces.
Material
Available in two materials:
Steel S355 (bright) — Structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good weldability and machinability. Untreated surface. Subsequent corrosion protection is recommended for outdoor use or humid environments.
Stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) — Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, suitable for humid environments, food areas, and outdoor use without additional coating.
Design
With Ball Bearing — For idler wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance ball bearing enables smooth, even running even with continuous operation.
With Hub Groove — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub groove accommodates a feather key and creates a form-fitting, torsion-resistant connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes, and motor-driven chassis.
Typical Areas of Application
Gantry cranes, suspended structures, trolleys on girders, roller conveyors with track guidance, driven chassis, and special systems in plant and mechanical engineering.
