Solid turned flanged wheel for continuous use in rail and profile guides. The circumferential flange keeps the wheel securely on the running surface – whether on flat rails, angle iron, or special profiles – and prevents lateral breakout even under load and lateral forces.

Material

Steel S355 (bright) — Structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good weldability and machinability. Untreated surface. Subsequent corrosion protection is recommended for outdoor use or damp environments.

Stainless Steel 1.4301 (V2A) — Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, suitable for damp environments, food areas, and outdoor use without additional coating.

Design

With Ball Bearing — For trailing wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance ball bearing enables smooth, even running even in continuous operation.

With Hub Keyway — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub keyway accommodates a feather key and creates a form-fitting, torsion-resistant connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes, and motor-driven chassis.

Gantry cranes, suspended structures, trolleys on girders, roller conveyors with track guidance, driven chassis, and special systems in plant and mechanical engineering.
