Flanged wheel with PU or Vulkollan® tread on S355 steel core | Flange-Ø 395 mm | Running-Ø 350 mm
Turned flanged wheel with cast-on elastomer tread. The S355 steel core carries the load, while the PU or Vulkollan® tread dampens shocks, reduces noise, and protects the running surface. The circumferential flange keeps the wheel securely on the track.
Tread material — Selection
Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping. Economical choice for medium to high loads in industrial and warehouse environments. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, suitable for continuous loads. First choice for heavy-duty applications, AGVs, and applications with continuous operation. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Core material: Steel S355 (uncoated)
Structural steel S355 with minimum yield strength 355 N/mm², good machinability, high strength. Untreated surface, for dry indoor environments. Standard material for industrial and warehouse environments.
Typical applications
Automated guided vehicles (AGVs), gantry cranes, trolleys, roller conveyors with guidance, driven chassis, quiet conveying systems, and special applications in plant and mechanical engineering where elastic, floor-friendly running is required.

These wheels are manufactured to order. Delivery time upon request. Special diameters, different bore tolerances, or hub lengths are possible upon request.
Design — Selection
With ball bearing — For free-running wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance ball bearing allows for smooth, even running even during continuous operation.
With hub keyway — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub keyway accommodates a feather key and creates a positive, rotationally fixed connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes, and motor-driven chassis.
