Wie befestige ich eine Lenkrolle?

Lenkrollen lassen sich auf vier Arten befestigen – je nach Rollentyp und Anschluss am Gerät: Plattenbefestigung: Die flache Anschraubplatte wird mit vier Schrauben am Gerät verschraubt – die stabilste und belastbarste Variante. Rückenloch: Liegt ebenfalls flach am Gerät an, wird aber nur mit einer einzigen Schraube befestigt. Das Rückenloch hat kein Gewinde – die Schraube wird einfach durchgesteckt und direkt verschraubt. Zapfen: Wird in eine passende Führung eingeführt (z. B. ein innen hohles Tischbein) und dort fixiert. Expander: Wird ebenfalls in ein Rohr eingeführt und fixiert sich beim Anziehen selbst, da er sich innen auseinanderspreizt und im Rohr verklemmt.

Was bringt die ballige Lauffläche?

Die ballige (leicht gewölbte) Lauffläche verkleinert die Aufstandsfläche und senkt dadurch sowohl den Anfahr- als auch den Rollwiderstand. Gerade bei weicheren Radwerkstoffen mit höherer Dämpfung ist ein geringer Anfahrwiderstand wichtig, damit die Rolle leichter aus dem Stand anrollt.

Heavy-duty fixed castor Ø 125 mm – polyurethane wheel (crowned)

The housing is made of pressed steel, galvanised on the surface and therefore protected against corrosion. The wheel is made of polyurethane with a solid aluminium core (soft PU tread, 78 Shore A, crowned design) and runs on a sealed ball bearing. Load capacity: 225 kg.

Application

The fixed castor guides heavy loads in a straight line and, as a fixed castor, complements swivel castors on transport equipment and machines. The soft polyurethane tread cushions impacts, reduces rolling resistance and protects sensitive floors – ideal for workshops, warehouses and halls.
