Polyurethane wheel Ø 125 mm – aluminium rim, crowned tread, 450 kg

The wheel consists of an aluminium rim with a hard-wearing polyurethane tread in a crowned design (radius R80) and runs on a precision ball bearing. Bore Ø 20 mm, hub length 50 mm, tread width 40 mm. Load capacity: 450 kg.

Application

The crowned tread reduces the contact area: the wheel steers more easily, runs quietly even on slightly uneven floors and is designed for higher loads than the flat version (300 kg). Used as a replacement and upgrade wheel for transport trolleys, roll containers and storage racks. Dimensions identical to the flat wheel 125x40 mm (bore 20 mm, hub length 50 mm), therefore directly interchangeable. Before replacement, the bore, hub length and tread width should be matched with the existing wheel.
