100 × 30 mm Polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 250 kg, ball bearing

The polyurethane wheel 100 × 30 mm is a robust industrial wheel for continuous use on smooth to slightly uneven floors. The non-marking PU tread (92° Shore A) offers high abrasion resistance and protects sensitive floor coverings. The yellow colour makes visual identification in operation easier.

Solid aluminium core machined from solid material: The wheel body is manufactured by machining from solid aluminium round bar – not hollow cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsionally rigid, dimensionally stable wheel body with a significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal where rolling masses are to be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: Polyurethane tread, abrasion-resistant and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.

Hub length selectable: 30 mm or 40 mm (see variant selection).
