100 × 40 mm Polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 350 kg, ball bearing, flat & crowned

The polyurethane wheel 100 × 40 mm with 40-mm-Nabe is a versatile heavy-duty wheel for workshops, warehouses and industrial applications. With 300 kg load capacity per wheel, a solid aluminium core and ball bearing, it runs smoothly and quietly – even under continuous load.

Solid aluminium core machined from solid material: The wheel body is machined from solid aluminium round stock – not hollow-cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsion-resistant, dimensionally stable wheel body with significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal wherever rolling masses should be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: polyurethane tread, wear-resistant and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.
