The 120 mm double-flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is designed for heavy loads up to 1,200 kg and offers complete corrosion resistance. It is suitable for demanding rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering, where hygiene, durability and load capacity are equally required.

Construction & material

Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with stainless steel ball bearings for a fully rust-free design. With an outer diameter of 120 mm, the construction enables load capacities up to 1,200 kg – suitable for manual and motorised systems up to 8 km/h. The double-flanged geometry guides the wheel accurately on both sides of the rail profile and prevents lateral deviation even under high load.

Bearing versions

• With stainless steel ball bearings: free-running on axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready to install.
• With hub groove: non-rotating shaft connection for driven wheels.
