125 × 40 mm Heavy-duty polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 450 kg, ball bearing, flat & crowned

The heavy-duty polyurethane wheel 125 × 40 mm carries 450 kg per wheel and is the ideal choice for medium to heavy industrial applications. The solid aluminium core, turned from solid material, provides a torsion-resistant wheel body with significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel wheels.

Solid aluminium core turned from solid material: The wheel body is machined from solid aluminium round stock – not hollow-cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsion-resistant, dimensionally stable wheel body with significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal where rolling masses should be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: Polyurethane tread, hard-wearing and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.

Available with a flat or crowned tread, hub length 40 mm or 46 mm (see variant selection).
