The 140 mm double-flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is designed for load capacities up to 1,200 kg and combines very smooth running with complete corrosion resistance. It is the right choice for heavy, rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering that are subject to hygienic requirements.

Design & material

Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), fully rust-free with stainless steel ball bearings. The larger running diameter of 140 mm reduces bearing load and increases smooth running, especially on motorised systems up to 8 km/h. The double-flanged geometry guides the wheel securely on both sides on the rail profile.

• With stainless steel ball bearings: free running on axle or bolt – low maintenance and ready for installation.
• With hub groove: torque-proof shaft connection for driven wheels.
