The 150 mm double-flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 offers high load capacity with a load capacity of 1,250 kg and complete corrosion resistance. It is designed for heavy rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering that are exposed to high hygiene standards or moisture.

Design & material

Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with stainless steel ball bearings, completely rust-free. The running diameter of 150 mm ensures smooth running and reduced bearing speeds, which increases service life in motorised systems up to 8 km/h. The double-flanged geometry guides the wheel exactly on both sides and with minimal play on the rail profile.
