150 × 50 mm Heavy-duty polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 800 kg, ball bearing, flat & crowned

The heavy-duty polyurethane wheel 150 × 50 mm carries 800 kg per wheel and is designed for demanding heavy-duty applications. The solid solid aluminium core keeps the dead weight low despite the size – a decisive advantage over cast-iron heavy-duty wheels with comparable load capacity.

Solid aluminium core machined from solid material: The wheel body is manufactured by machining solid round aluminium material – not hollow-cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsionally rigid, dimensionally stable wheel body with a significantly lower dead weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal where rolling masses should be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: Polyurethane tread, wear-resistant and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.
