The heavy-duty polyurethane wheel 200 × 50 mm is designed for load capacities of up to 1000 kg per wheel. The solid aluminum core, machined from solid material, combines maximum rigidity with significantly lower self-weight than cast iron heavy-duty wheels of the same load capacity class – an important factor for manually moved carts and ergonomic handling.
Solid aluminum core machined from solid material: The wheel body is manufactured by machining solid aluminum round stock – not hollow cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsionally rigid, dimensionally stable wheel body with significantly lower self-weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal where rolling masses are to be minimized (handling systems, machine carts, ergonomic transport).
Material: Polyurethane tread, abrasion-resistant and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.
Available with bore 20, 25 or 30 mm as well as flat or crowned tread (see variant selection).
