The 50 mm double-flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is the corrosion-resistant solution for rail-guided systems in demanding environments. With a load capacity of 300 kg, it is suitable for light to medium loads in conveying technology and mechanical engineering – wherever moisture, cleaning agents or hygiene requirements rule out the use of steel or plastic.

Design & material

The wheel body is precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A). The austenitic chromium-nickel steel offers excellent corrosion resistance against water, cleaning agents and a wide range of chemical media. The wheel is supported by stainless steel ball bearings – completely rust-free from the tread to the bearing bore. The double-flanged geometry guides the wheel precisely on both sides on the rail profile and prevents lateral deviation even under eccentric loads.

Bearing versions

• With stainless steel ball bearings: The wheel runs freely on an axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready for direct installation for free-running, non-driven wheels.
• With hub groove: Torsion-resistant mounting on a profiled shaft for torque transmission – for driven wheels or structures with on-site bearings.
