50 × 20 mm Polyurethane wheel with solid aluminium core – 120 kg, ball bearing, flat & crowned

The polyurethane wheel 50 × 20 mm is a lightweight, compact industrial wheel for transport trolleys, equipment and fixed installations. With a load capacity of 120 kg, bore 8 mm and a solid aluminium core, it combines low own weight with high load-bearing capacity.

Solid aluminium core machined from solid material: The wheel body is manufactured by machining solid aluminium round material – not hollow-cast, not formed from sheet metal. This results in a torsionally rigid, dimensionally stable wheel body with a significantly lower own weight than comparable steel or cast wheels. Ideal where rolling masses need to be minimised (handling systems, machine trolleys, ergonomic transport).

Material: Polyurethane tread, abrasion-resistant and dirt-repellent. Hardness: approx. 92° Shore A. Tread yellow, non-marking and floor-friendly.
