The 60 mm double-flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 offers precise tracking and high corrosion resistance for rail-guided systems in damp or hygiene-critical environments. With a load capacity of 400 kg, it is designed for medium loads in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Design & material

Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with fully rustproof wheel bearing via stainless steel ball bearings. The double-flange geometry guides the wheel securely on both sides of the rail profile and ensures accurate tracking even under lateral forces. The material is resistant to water, cleaning agents and most media used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Bearing versions

• With stainless steel ball bearings: free-running on axle or bolt – low-maintenance, ready to install, for free-running wheels.
• With hub groove: torsion-resistant shaft connection for driven wheels or on-site bearing support.
