The 100 mm double-flanged wheel in cleanroom design made of stainless steel 1.4301 is specifically designed for use in cleanroom production systems in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and medical technology industries. With a load capacity of 500 kg and a fully rust-free construction, it meets the highest requirements for particle freedom and corrosion resistance in conveyor technology for cleanroom environments .

Construction & material

Made from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), precision-turned and prepared for cleanroom conditions. The wheel is mounted on stainless steel ball bearings. All surfaces are designed to minimise particle shedding and contamination risks. The double-flanged geometry ensures precise, low-play guidance on the rail profile – even at slow, precision-critical travel movements.
