Guide roller 45×20 mm made of polyamide 6G

The guide roller 45×20 mm made of cast polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special-purpose machinery and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 140 kg, a bore of Ø12 mm and a hub length of 8 mm, it is ready to install straight away and requires little maintenance. The built-in deep groove ball bearing is axially secured with a circlip – optionally as a standard or stainless steel version (Nirosta), for permanently play-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Typical areas of application are guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Design & material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterised by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise generation and electrical non-conductivity. Compared with steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load-bearing capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a circlip, which enables straightforward mounting on an axle or bolt without any additional fixing elements.

Notes on selection

Please check axle diameter and axial installation situation before ordering. The circlip is included in the scope of delivery. Via the “Bearing” selection you can choose the roller either with a standard ball bearing or with a stainless steel ball bearing (Nirosta).
